Different series of stainless steel materials have different processing methods. According to the performance indicators of each series of stainless steel plates, unique processing techniques are adopted for processing and production. There are two processing methods for 304 stainless steel materials, namely etching method and spray painting method.
1. Etching method: What is "etching method"? It is the etching process, which involves printing a layer of acid resistant protective film on the surface of stainless steel using screen printing, and then etching it with ferrous chloride solution to create artistic patterns. The production process of etching processing for stainless steel products: stainless steel products → silk screen printing → etching → alkali treatment → oxidation coloring → finished product.
2. Spray painting method: What is "spray painting method"? It is to use the pigment particles sprayed out after screen printing to make a pear like surface of stainless steel, and then create artistic patterns from it. The production process of spray painting for stainless steel products: stainless steel products → silk screen printing → etching → alkali treatment → silk screen printing → oxidation coloring → alkali treatment → finished product.
When processing, the stainless steel chemical coloring method used is not made with pigments or dyes. Instead, the stainless steel should be soaked in a heated concentrated chromium sulfate "Cr2 (SO4) 3" solution for chemical coloring. The characteristic of this method is that it has good food resistance performance indicators. The ink used in processing has strong acid resistance and can produce unique performance indicators of CV sulfurized ink in general use and processing technology.
